Maintenance Team Member

This role involves carrying out planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and ongoing upkeep across the Swinton Estate, including farms, residential properties, a hotel, spa, and staff accommodation. The position requires working collaboratively to ensure guest comfort, operational excellence, and the long-term care of heritage assets while adhering to health and safety standards. The team member will also coordinate external contractors, manage maintenance logs, and participate in environmental sustainability initiatives.
