Maintenance Technician (Downtown Minneapolis)

Aeon is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the team at Chicago Avenue and Buri Manor, a community of 98 affordable apartment homes in downtown Minneapolis. This full-time, Monday–Friday position has no on-call responsibilities, offering a predictable schedule while providing meaningful work that helps ensure residents have safe, well-maintained homes. As the Maintenance Technician, you'll play an essential role in supporting residents by ensuring their homes and shared spaces are safe, functional, and well maintained. Through responsive repairs, preventative maintenance, apartment turnovers, and daily property upkeep, you'll help create an environment where residents can thrive and feel proud to call their community home.
