Maintenance Technician II

The Maintenance Technician II works closely with the Maintenance Director to maintain mechanical plant equipment and the physical environment of the building and grounds at a faith-based nonprofit rehabilitation and skilled geriatric care facility. The role involves performing preventive maintenance and repairs on building equipment, handling basic carpentry and painting, and assisting with snow removal. This position requires a candidate with prior building maintenance experience and a valid driver's license.
