Maintenance Technician

This role ensures plant and machinery availability and reliability by proactively reducing downtime through planned and reactive maintenance, SMED activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position involves coordinating with production supervision, supporting health and safety practices, and executing assigned project work within a rotating shift pattern. The ideal candidate will have mechanical and electrical engineering skills, including PLC fault-finding and welding capabilities, to maintain operational efficiency.
