Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations and physical assets of the property under the direction of the Community Manager. This role involves completing maintenance service requests, performing preventative maintenance, and handling emergency repairs to ensure the property remains in optimal condition. The position also requires managing inventory, overseeing outside contractors, and maintaining grounds and pool areas.
