Maintenance Technician

This role is responsible for assisting in the planning and coordination of maintenance department functions to ensure the community remains clean, orderly, safe, and attractive. The position involves performing hands-on repairs, conducting daily walk-arounds, and reacting to emergency equipment breakdowns with minimal supervision. Additionally, the employee supports residents by assisting with moving furniture and participating in dining and leisure activities.
