Maintenance Technician

This role is responsible for assisting in the planning and coordination of maintenance department functions to ensure a clean, safe, and attractive community environment. The position involves performing routine and emergency repairs, conducting daily walk-arounds, and maintaining aesthetic improvements both inside and outside the facility. Additionally, the employee supports residents by assisting with moving furniture, participating in dining services, and engaging in leisure activities.
