Maintenance Technician

This role involves performing day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance for building operations and work safety. The position requires responding to emergency situations, conducting routine inspections, and maintaining various building systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. The individual will also handle seasonal outdoor duties and participate in an on-call rotation for off-hours support.
