Maintenance Technician

This role involves performing basic maintenance and repair tasks throughout the hotel, with a primary focus on preventive maintenance in guest rooms, public areas, and front-of-house locations. The team member is responsible for completing routine scheduled maintenance, minor repairs, and painting while maintaining accurate records of all work performed. The position requires resolving guest complaints within authority, escalating unresolved issues, and ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained and used safely.
