Maintenance Technician

This role involves performing basic maintenance and repair tasks throughout the hotel, with a primary focus on preventive maintenance in guest rooms, public areas, and front-of-house locations. The position requires maintaining accurate records of assigned tasks, resolving guest complaints within authority, and escalating unresolved issues to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction. Team members are responsible for using computer systems to manage work orders and maintaining all tools and equipment in good working order.
