Maintenance Technician

This role is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations and physical assets of the property, ensuring a clean and presentable environment for residents. The position involves handling service requests, completing make-ready processes for vacant apartments, and providing 24-hour emergency maintenance as scheduled. The ideal candidate will have general experience in electrical, plumbing, and drywall, with boiler experience preferred.
