Maintenance Technician

This role assists the Service Supervisor in maintaining the physical facilities and grounds of the community to ensure they are safe and aesthetically appealing for residents. The position involves performing timely repairs on vacant apartments, completing service requests, and conducting preventive maintenance tasks. The Maintenance Technician is also responsible for interior painting and providing professional service to residents.
