Maintenance Technician

This role involves performing scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, and maintaining pool systems and chemicals. The position also requires repairing furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment, as well as performing seasonal landscaping and groundskeeping duties. Candidates should have at least 6 months of general maintenance experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
