Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the efficient operation and upkeep of the community, buildings, and grounds to ensure an exceptional resident experience. This role involves handling make-ready tasks, performing preventative maintenance, and completing work orders generated from resident service requests. The position requires collaboration with the maintenance team and reporting to the Community Manager and Service Manager.
