The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in maintaining the safety, security, and livability of CLT-managed housing communities by addressing urgent maintenance issues promptly and professionally. This position provides onsite handyperson services for a portfolio of properties, performing routine maintenance, repairs, and general handyperson duties while collaborating with the Housing Operations team. The role ensures minimal disruption to residents and protects property assets through effective preventative and ongoing maintenance services.
