Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the inspection, mechanical repair, and preventative maintenance of facilities, assets, and equipment at Avera Prince of Peace-Skilled Nursing. This role ensures a safe facility environment through building inspections, basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work, as well as managing emergency protocols and safety compliance. The position involves collaborating with contractors, maintaining equipment logs, and responding to facility needs on a scheduled or as-requested basis.
