Major Gifts Director

The Major Gifts Director plans, develops, and manages the Major Gifts Department within the Development Department, focusing on securing major funding from individuals and organizations. This role involves cultivating and stewarding major gift prospects, managing a portfolio of existing donors, and coordinating fundraising events to generate revenue for The Salvation Army's Area Command. The position requires collaboration with the Director of Development and team to create comprehensive development plans and secure multi-year commitments.
