About this role
A PRN Managed Care Nurse Practitioner (Adult and/or Gerontology) who provides primary, person-centered care to seniors across skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living settings, with some telehealth. The role supports residents at Worthington Healthcare Center (Parkersburg, WV) and Belmont Healthcare Center (Belmont, WV) and requires a minimum two-day-per-week availability. Shifts are first shift, Monday–Friday with no on-call, weekend, or holiday coverage.
