This role provides daily onsite technical support for end-users within the Cloverdale Community School Corporation, including students, teachers, and administrators. The position requires excellent communication and troubleshooting skills to prioritize requests and adapt to a dynamic K-12 environment. Key duties include handling Tier I support, managing device deployments, and maintaining technology inventory.
