Management Trainee

This role is part of a 12 to 18-month Management Trainee Program designed to prepare future hospitality leaders within the hotel's Rooms Division. The position involves supporting daily Front Office and Guest Relations operations to ensure high-quality guest experiences and service recovery. The trainee will rotate through various departments, including Housekeeping and Food & Beverage, while learning to monitor guest satisfaction and assist with improvement initiatives.
