Manager, Acquisition Integrations

The Manager, Acquisition Integrations leads the execution of onboarding and integration plans for newly acquired cemetery and funeral home locations, coordinating cross-functional efforts across HR, IT, finance, operations, and legal. This role supports multiple concurrent acquisitions by maintaining the master integration plan, tracking progress, and resolving roadblocks to ensure day-one readiness and successful stabilization. The position also contributes to operational readiness assessments during the due diligence phase to align transition plans with each location's specific needs.
