About this role

The Manager, Advisor Marketing Strategy & Enablement at Farther leads the design and execution of the firm's advisor-led growth system, creating standards, playbooks, and programs that help financial advisors grow their practices organically. This player-coach role develops prescriptive, plug-and-play marketing frameworks for digital presence, lifecycle campaigns, and local visibility, and also serves as a front-line voice in advisor recruiting conversations. The role partners with enterprise teams to embed segment-specific narratives (HNW, UHNW, institutional) into enablement and measures program impact through defined KPIs.
