About this role
The Manager, Advisor Marketing Strategy & Enablement will design and lead Farther’s advisor-led growth system, creating standards, playbooks, and programs that help advisors grow their practices organically. This player-coach role builds repeatable frameworks for advisor marketing foundations, digital presence, and lifecycle playbooks while also serving as a front-line voice with prospective advisors. The role partners with segment leaders to ensure firm-level HNW/UHNW and institutional narratives translate into day-to-day advisor behavior.
