The Program Manager of Alumni Engagement & Services will design and implement Road to Hire’s next-generation alumni engagement strategy as the organization surpasses 1,000 alumni. This role serves as a strategic architect and hands-on executor, partnering with marketing, communications, and advancement to build alumni programs, events, and a giving strategy. The position manages one direct report and will be a member of the Workforce, Innovation and Alumni Network (WIN) team, with a reporting transition from the COO to the Chief Advancement Officer. The role follows a hybrid schedule based in South Charlotte (on-site Tue–Thu) and remote on Mon/Fri.
