Manager, Carrier Sourcing

The Manager, Carrier Sourcing builds and develops a high-quality network of asset-based carriers to support Odyssey’s Enterprise Managed Services clients. The role proactively identifies capacity gaps, sources and qualifies carriers, and converts qualified capacity into sustainable contracted or dedicated relationships. This position involves negotiating competitive rates, managing carrier performance, and leveraging market intelligence to strengthen the carrier network.
