Manager, Change Management and Communications

The Manager, Change Management and Communications is a key member of the Business Transformation Office responsible for executing change management and communications activities to support associate engagement and adoption throughout Marriott’s Digital + Technology Transformation program. This role involves developing tailored communications, managing employee recognition and reward programs, and coordinating stakeholder engagement across the APEC and HMT markets. The position requires strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality experience for associates.
