Manager, Change Management and Communications

The Manager, Change Management and Communications is a key member of the Business Transformation Office responsible for executing change management and communications activities to support associate engagement and adoption during Marriott’s Digital + Technology Transformation program. The role involves coordinating with global and regional teams to deliver high-quality communications, manage employee recognition and reward programs, and facilitate stakeholder engagement across the APEC and HMT markets. Success in this position requires strong project management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and experience in large-scale business transformation initiatives.
