The Manager, Clinical Operations for Surgery Care leads a multidisciplinary team of RNs and non-clinical care coordinators, accountable for operational performance, team development, and member-centered surgical care pathways. This role provides clinical oversight and people leadership while collaborating across Centers of Excellence and internal partners to ensure timely case progression, operational readiness, and alignment with organizational goals. The manager also supports quality initiatives, program implementation, and continuous improvement efforts.
