Manager, Compliance Assurance

This role involves leading compliance readiness assessments, developing internal controls to mitigate risks, and serving as the primary liaison with enforcement bodies like NERC and NPCC. The position also includes supervising staff, facilitating training, and representing the organization in industry standards development forums.
