Manager, Cyber Intelligence Program

Carrier is seeking a strategic and technically skilled Manager, Cyber Intelligence Program to lead and mature the Cyber Intelligence function within the Cyber Fusion Center. This individual contributor role serves as the program manager for enterprise cyber intelligence, responsible for establishing strategy, priorities, processes, partnerships, and capabilities that enable intelligence-driven risk reduction across the organization. The position acts as the primary liaison between intelligence analysts, security operations, incident response, and various business stakeholders to deliver actionable intelligence products.
