Manager Data Center

The Manager Data Center leads a team and manages multiple sites to ensure optimal operational performance and infrastructure reliability across service excellence, sustainability, and governance. This role is accountable for all site-level activities, including maintenance, capacity management, and customer service delivery, while driving continuous improvement initiatives. The position serves as the single point of contact for site-related matters, monitoring SLAs and KPIs to meet customer expectations.
