Manager Design Enablement

Manager Design Enablement leads PDK design enablement projects in coordination with other departments, leveraging expertise in semiconductor process integration and silicon photonics. The role involves managing photonic design layouts, DRC processes, and mask tape-outs while planning multiple projects to ensure timely and successful outcomes in R&D design enablement. Additionally, the position includes addressing technical inquiries, collaborating with the PDK team to enhance workflows, and mentoring team members to boost productivity and achieve departmental KPIs in a semiconductor foundry environment.
