Manager – Employee Escalations

The Manager – Employee Escalations, Ethics & Compliance is responsible for overseeing and resolving employee-related escalations, ethical breaches, and fraud risk matters across the organization. The role focuses on conducting independent investigations, ensuring fair and timely outcomes, and mitigating ethical, reputational, and regulatory risks. It operates within the Ethics & Compliance function and involves close collaboration with HR, Legal, Risk, and senior leadership. The position also supports strengthening the organization’s ethics framework through training, advisory, and policy enhancement activities.
