The Manager – Employee Escalations, Ethics & Compliance oversees employee-related escalations, ethics investigations, and fraud risk matters across the organization. The role ensures fair, timely, and compliant resolution of sensitive cases while protecting the company from ethical, reputational, and regulatory risks. It works closely with HR, Legal, Risk, and senior leadership to uphold a strong ethics and integrity framework. The position also contributes to strengthening the overall ethics program through training, advisory support, and policy enhancements.
