The Manager, Employee Experience & Workplace Operations leads the Employee Experience and Workplace Operations team across Western Hemisphere offices, spanning the US, Canada, and Latin America. This dual-focus role involves creating meaningful employee moments while managing efficient, high-quality office environments and facilities operations. The position reports to the VP of Employee Experience & Workplace Operations and collaborates with site leaders, HR business partners, and regional stakeholders to deliver a consistent experience.
