About this role

The Manager, Enterprise Support & Technology Assets leads GeneDx’s enterprise-wide technology support function, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and continuous improvement for patients, customers, and staff. This role oversees day-to-day service delivery, manages the Tier 1 support organization, and drives the consolidation of legacy support streams into a unified enterprise model. The position is accountable for SLA attainment, knowledge management, technology asset management, and onsite support coverage across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Tier 1 support organization and manage staffing coverage plans
Oversee multisite Service Desk operations and enforce SLA and quality standards
Own technology asset management lifecycle and drive automation initiatives
