About this role

The Manager, Executive Recruiting will lead and evolve the Executive Search function at Included Health, owning a portfolio of senior-level searches while remaining hands-on. Reporting to the VP of Talent Acquisition, this role partners closely with C-suite and senior leaders to deliver high-quality, inclusive, and efficient executive hiring.
