About this role
The Manager, Field CRM & Omnichannel Enablement leads enablement efforts to maximize use of Veeva CRM and omnichannel capabilities across Keenova’s sales organization. The role champions adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of field-facing tools and processes while ensuring field perspectives inform commercial system development. It partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT, Compliance, and external vendors to align CRM and omnichannel strategies with business objectives.
