Associate Director, Omnichannel Data and Agentic Enablement

The Associate Director, Omnichannel Data and Agentic Enablement is a senior leader responsible for aligning data, AI/agentic capabilities, and omnichannel initiatives to support Genmab’s customer and product strategies. The role serves as the enterprise subject matter expert for Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce and partners with cross-functional teams across strategy, data science, IT, and privacy. This position reports to the Director of Omnichannel Enablement and Operations and supports enterprise-wide adoption of data-driven personalization and compliant AI capabilities.
