About this role
The Manager, Growth & Events at Rightway leads demand generation across event and inbound/outbound channels to drive pipeline and book high-quality meetings. The role partners closely with Sales, Event Marketing, and Product Marketing to ensure clean lead management, timely handoffs, and effective follow-up. This position is based in New York City and follows a hybrid schedule (3 days per week onsite).
