Manager - IC - Zendesk Solution Architect

Arcadia is seeking a senior technical owner to lead and implement deeper integration of Zendesk with internal and third-party systems, strengthening it as the central workflow management platform across support operations. The role involves owning end-to-end Zendesk architecture, designing workflow automations, and driving migration and consolidation efforts as existing tools transition into Zendesk. This position requires partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Zendesk solutions while establishing governance standards and troubleshooting integration issues.
