An Engineering Manager on the Connections team leading engineers working on product areas that help people engage more meaningfully with others across our platform. Partnering with cross-functional leaders to shape strategy, drive execution, and build a healthy, high-performing team. Responsibilities

Lead and grow a cross-functional engineering team working across user-facing product areas and the systems that support them.
Set clear goals and drive execution against a roadmap aligned with broader product and business priorities.
Partner with Product, Design, Research, and Data Science to shape strategy, prioritize opportunities, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Create a strong team environment with clear expectations, healthy operating rhythms, high standards, and psychological safety.
Coach and develop engineers across levels, helping them grow in scope, impact, and career progression.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years managing teams of 5+ engineers
