The Manager on TD Securities 1B Governance & Control team acts as a trusted advisor and risk partner to global Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) businesses, providing oversight and operational support to promote resilience and reduce non-compliance. The role spans the full CIB portfolio and supports implementation and maintenance of risk, control, and governance programs, policies, and strategic initiatives across business lines. The position works closely with stakeholders across the three lines of defense to ensure consistent risk management practices.
