Manager II, Manufacturing & Process Development Engineering

This role leads a team of process development and manufacturing engineers to develop molds and processes for SPC plugs and mold-and-ship components within the Automotive Americas business unit. The Manager coordinates closely with manufacturing teams to ensure effective transitions from development through mass production across multiple plants. The position serves as the primary manufacturing interface for projects, driving process excellence, tooling qualification, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize product designs for manufacturability.
