About this role
The Manager in Training is a second-in-command retail leader who supports the Store Manager across customer experience, team development, and shop operations while applying Lush’s leadership practices. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, driving sales and operational excellence, and supporting staff recruitment, training and engagement. This position is designed to develop managerial skills and prepare the employee to assume full store manager responsibilities as needed.
