Manager in Training

The Manager in Training (MIT) position is a transitional role designed to prepare candidates for promotion into a Retail Store Management position within 8-12 weeks. The role focuses on leadership training, customer service excellence, and operational expertise through hands-on assignments and structured learning opportunities. MITs are expected to drive store performance, foster a productive team, and ensure exceptional customer service under the Store Manager’s guidance.
