ACAC
The Manager-in-Training program provides cross-club and cross-department management and leadership experience in preparation for a management role at a club or the home office. Participants gain hands-on experience in all facets of club operations, including membership sales, fitness, childcare, food and beverage, and human resources. The role involves training, mentoring, and covering management vacancies across various club locations.
