Manager-in-Training

The Manager-in-Training program provides cross-club and cross-department management experience to prepare participants for leadership roles in club operations or at the home office. Trainees gain hands-on experience in areas such as membership sales, fitness operations, childcare, and financial management through mentoring, training, and on-the-job practice. The role involves covering management vacancies, completing training requirements, and developing skills in team leadership and club operations.
