A-Alpha Bio is a biotechnology company that harnesses synthetic biology and machine learning to engineer high-impact medicines by measuring, predicting, and engineering protein-protein interactions at scale. Their proprietary AlphaSeq platform enables quantitative, multiplexed characterization of millions of protein interactions simultaneously, building the world's largest repository of high-quality protein interaction data. This data powers their AlphaBind machine learning models to accelerate the discovery and optimization of antibodies, degraders, and other protein-based therapeutics.
