About this role

The Manager, Inverter Field Services leads the development and operation of Nextpower's inverter field-services discipline within Engineering Field Services. This working manager role provides technical direction in the field while supervising field service professionals, coordinating subcontractors, and building repeatable operating processes for utility-scale central inverter systems. The position is accountable for safety, customer outcomes, schedule performance, service quality, and cost control across North American solar sites.

Responsibilities

Lead daily and long-range operating activities for inverter field services
Provide technical direction for DC input integrity and AC phase rotation
Serve as the technical escalation point for high-priority customer issues
